Common use of Executive’s Resignation Clause in Contracts

Executive’s Resignation. Executive will resign from his employment with the Company as of the Resignation Date, and the Company shall process his voluntary termination accordingly. Executive agrees to execute any documentation deemed reasonably necessary by the Company to confirm Executive’s resignation from employment.
