Executive Percentage Sample Clauses
The Executive Percentage clause defines the proportion of profits, revenues, or other financial metrics that an executive is entitled to receive as part of their compensation. Typically, this clause specifies the exact percentage, the calculation method, and the timing of payments, such as quarterly or annually, and may apply to net profits, gross revenues, or other defined financial benchmarks. Its core practical function is to clearly establish the executive's share in the company's financial success, thereby aligning incentives and reducing ambiguity or disputes over compensation.
