Executive Office; Maintenance of Offices. The Depositor shall give the Buyer at least 30 days’ prior written notice of any change of location of the Depositor for purposes of Section 9-307 of the UCC and shall have taken all action prior to making such change (or shall have made arrangements to take such action substantially simultaneously with such change, if it is not possible to take such action in advance) reasonably necessary or advisable in the opinion of the Buyer to amend all previously filed financing statements or continuation statements described in Section 2.4(a). The Depositor shall at all times maintain its principal executive office within the United States of America.
