Common use of Executive Negotiators Clause in Contracts

Executive Negotiators. The representatives of the parties specified in the Contract Particulars or any person nominated by the relevant party to replace that person from time to time by notice in writing to the other party. The amount set out in or determined in accordance with the Fee Schedule, as adjusted, subject to clause 13.5 (if applicable), under the Contract, which is not, unless elsewhere stated, subject to rise and fall in costs. The Fee Schedule as specified in the Contract Particulars. Means: in relation to the Consultant, the Consultant's chief financial officer, financial controller or other officer or employee with primary responsibility for managing the financial affairs of the Consultant; and in relation to a subconsultant, the subconsultant's chief financial officer, financial controller or other officer or employee with primary responsibility for managing the financial affairs of the subconsultant. The tax payable on taxable supplies under the GST Legislation.
