Executive Mediation. Any such dispute must first be submitted to the officers designated below or their successors, for attempted resolution by good faith negotiations for a period of at least thirty (30) days. Said designated officers are as follows: For Hyseq - Chief Executive Officer For Chiron - President, Chiron Technologies In the event the designated officers are not able to resolve such dispute within such thirty (30) day period, any party may invoke the provisions below.
