Common use of Executive Mediation Clause in Contracts

Executive Mediation. Any Dispute shall first be referred to an Executive from each Party for attempted resolution by good faith negotiations. Any such Dispute shall be submitted to such Executives no later than [* * *] following such request by either Party.
