Common use of Executive Duties Clause in Contracts

Executive Duties. In consideration of the Bank’s obligations under this Agreement, Executive agrees to carry out his duties to the best of his abilities, as may be assigned to him from time to time by the Bank. Executive further agrees to devote his full working time and energies to the business of the Bank, provided such duties shall be consistent with his position as Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer.
