Executive Council Member Sample Clauses

Executive Council Member. Members of the Union executive may apply in writing to the Employer for leave of absence to attend to Union business. The employee will give reasonable notice to minimize disruption of the department. The Employer will make every reasonable effort to grant such leave and, except where the employee's absence will significantly limit the operational capabilities of the department, the leave will be granted.
