Common use of Executive Acknowledgements Clause in Contracts

Executive Acknowledgements. The Executive acknowledges that as of the date the Executive executed this Agreement, the Executive (a) has not suffered a work-related injury that has not properly been disclosed to NBH; and (b) has disclosed to NBH any action/inaction the Executive took/failed to take during the Executive’s employment with NBH that could give rise to a claim against NBH or the Affiliates, and/or any other third party.
