Execution of Transaction Documents and Other Series Related Documents; Direction to Master Collateral Agent. The Owner Trustee is authorized and directed, on behalf of the Trust, to execute and deliver the Transaction Documents and the other Series Related Documents to which the Trust is a party and the other documents required to be delivered on any Closing Date by the Trust under the Transaction Documents and the other Series Related Documents.
