Execution of Release This Release may be executed in several counterparts, each of which shall be considered an original, but which when taken together, shall constitute one Release. PLEASE READ THIS RELEASE AND CAREFULLY CONSIDER ALL OF ITS PROVISIONS BEFORE SIGNING IT. THIS RELEASE CONTAINS A RELEASE OF ALL KNOWN AND UNKNOWN CLAIMS, INCLUDING THOSE UNDER THE FEDERAL AGE DISCRIMINATION IN EMPLOYMENT ACT, AND OTHER FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS PROHIBITING DISCRIMINATION IN EMPLOYMENT. If Executive signs this Release less than 21 days after he receives it from the Employer, he confirms that he does so voluntarily and without any pressure or coercion from anyone at the Employer.

Execution of Papers Except as the Trustees generally or in particular cases may authorize the execution thereof in some other manner, all deeds, leases, contracts, notes and other obligations made by the Trustees shall be signed by the President, any Vice President, or by the Treasurer and need not bear the seal of the Trust.
Execution of requests 1. In order to comply with a request for assistance, the requested authority shall proceed, within the limits of its competence and available resources, as though it were acting on its own account or at the request of other authorities of that same Party, by supplying information already possessed, by carrying out appropriate enquiries or by arranging for them to be carried out. This provision shall also apply to any other authority to which the request has been addressed by the requested authority when the latter cannot act on its own.
EXECUTION OF CONTRACT 20.1 Depending on the type of service provided, one of the following methods will be employed. The method applicable to this contract will be checked below:
Execution of Supplemental Agreements In executing, or accepting the additional agencies created by, any supplemental agreement permitted by this Article or the modifications thereby of the agencies created by this Agreement, the Agent shall be entitled to receive and (subject to Section 7.1) shall be fully protected in relying upon, an Opinion of Counsel stating that the execution of such supplemental agreement is authorized or permitted by this Agreement. The Agent may, but shall not be obligated to, enter into any such supplemental agreement which affects the Agent's own rights, duties or immunities under this Agreement or otherwise.
Execution of Agreements The Company shall have executed this Agreement and have delivered this Agreement to the Purchasers.
Confirmation of Agreement Except as amended hereby, the Custody Agreement is in full force and effect and as so amended is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed by the Customer and the Bank in all respects.
Ratification and Confirmation of Agreement In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Amendment and the Agreement, it is the intention of the parties that the terms of this Amendment shall control and the Agreement shall be interpreted on that basis. To the extent the provisions of the Agreement have not been amended by this Amendment, the parties hereby confirm and ratify the Agreement.
Execution of Additional Documents Each party hereto shall make, execute, acknowledge and deliver such other instruments and documents, and take all such other actions as may be reasonably required in order to effectuate the purposes of this Agreement and to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby.
