Execution of Integration Plan Sample Clauses

Execution of Integration Plan. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, each Party shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to complete the activities assigned to it in the Integration Plan and will contribute reasonable time, resources, personnel and materials, including for purposes of clinical trials, as specifically set forth in the Integration Plan. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, neither Party shall be obligated to conduct any development activities related to the ADC-MDT System until the Integration Plan has been approved by the Parties or their Senior Officers.
