Common use of Execution of Documentation Clause in Contracts

Execution of Documentation. In connection with Sections 5.5 and 5.6, Executive further agrees to execute, acknowledge and deliver to the Company or its nominee upon request and at its expense all such assignments of inventions, patents and copyrights to be issued therefor as the Company may determine necessary or desirable for which to apply.
