Execution of Documentation Clause Samples

Execution of Documentation. Executive, at any time during or after the Employment Term, will promptly execute all documents which the Company may reasonably require to perfect its patent, copyright and other rights to such Business Ideas throughout the world.

Execution of Documentation. In connection with Section 5.5 and Section 5.6, Executive further agrees to execute, acknowledge and deliver to the Company or its nominee upon request and at its expense all such assignments of inventions, patents, and copyrights to be issued therefor, as the Company may determine necessary or desirable for which to apply. Executive agrees to obtain letters, patents, and copyrights on such assignable inventions in any and all countries and/or protect the interest of the Company or its nominee in such inventions, patents and copyrights and to vest title thereto in the Company or its nominee.

Execution of Documentation. Employee, at any time during or after the term of his/her employment with the Company, will promptly execute all documents which the Company may reasonably require to perfect its patent, copyright and other rights to such Business Ideas throughout the world.

Executive agrees to cooperate with the Company in obtaining letters, patents, and copyrights on such assignable inventions in any and all countries and/or protect the interest of the Company or its nominee in such inventions, patents and copyrights and to vest title thereto in the Company or its nominee.

Execution of Documentation. In order to obtain the benefit of exercising rights under this Schedule 3, the Business must execute, and must procure that each Principal executes, fully executed sales deeds and all other necessary documents to give full effect to the terms and conditions in this Schedule 3. Execution of Documentation. Executive, at any time during the Restricted Period or thereafter, will promptly execute all documents which the Bank may reasonably require to perfect its ownership and protection of and rights to such Business Ideas throughout the world or to evidence their original creation by Executive.
