Common use of Execution in Counterparts and by Facsimile Clause in Contracts

Execution in Counterparts and by Facsimile. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, all of which shall constitute one and the same document. Counterparts may be exchanged by facsimile. Each counterpart, whether an original signature or a facsimile copy, shall be deemed an original as against any party who signed it.
