Execution Drawings. The Concessionaire shall prepare and keep up‐to‐date, a complete set of "Execution" records of the execution of each section of the Works, showing the exact locations, sizes and details of the Works, internal and estate services/ utilities/ infrastructure as executed with cross references to all relevant requirements and data sheets. These records shall be kept on the Project Site and shall be used exclusively for the purposes of this Article. The Concessionaire shall prepare and submit to the Authority and the Independent Engineer one copy each of the Execution drawings for inspection. The Concessionaire shall obtain the consent of Independent Engineer as to their size, the referencing system, and other pertinent details. However, it shall neither relieve the Concessionaire of its obligations and liabilities under this Agreement nor shall the Independent Engineer or the Authority be liable for the same, in any manner whatsoever.
