Execution Bonus. The Executive shall be paid or granted, as the case may be, the following Employment Inducements in connection with the execution of this Agreement: (a) Within fifteen (15) days after the execution and delivery of this Agreement, the Company shall pay to the Executive a one-time execution bonus in the gross amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000).
