Common use of Execution and Recording Clause in Contracts

Execution and Recording. Not later than ten (10) days after the Adoption Date, County and Landowner shall execute and acknowledge this Agreement. Not later than forty (40) days after the Effective Date, the County Clerk shall cause this Agreement to be recorded in the Official Records of Napa County, State of California.
