Common use of Execution and Implementation Clause in Contracts

Execution and Implementation. 1. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, with a separate page for each Signatory, and shall become effective on the date of the final signature of FEMA, SHPO and the Grantee. 2. The Agreement shall go into effect for participating Tribes once the Agreement has been signed by the Tribes. 3. FEMA shall ensure that each Signatory is provided with a complete copy of the Agreement, including an original set of signatures.
