Common use of Execution and Delivery of Related Agreements Clause in Contracts

Execution and Delivery of Related Agreements. Prior to or simultaneously with the Closing, (i) the Company shall execute and deliver to the Investors the Related Agreements (in each case upon satisfaction or waiver of the other conditions set forth in Sections 5.1 and 5.3 hereto), and (ii) each of the Investors shall execute and deliver to the Company, and shall cause the LXH Investors to execute and deliver to the Company, the Related Agreements (in each case upon satisfaction or waiver of the other conditions set forth in Sections 5.1 and 5.2 hereto).
