Common use of Execution and Countersignature Clause in Contracts

Execution and Countersignature. Two Officers shall sign the Warrant Certificates for the Company by manual or facsimile signature. If an Officer whose signature is on a Warrant Certificate no longer holds that office at the time the Company issues the Warrant Certificate, the Warrant Certificate shall be valid nevertheless.

Execution and Countersignature. (a) Two Officers of the Company shall sign the Warrant Certificates for the Company by manual or facsimile signature. If an Officer of the Company whose signature is on a Warrant Certificate no longer holds that office at the time the Company issues the Warrant Agent countersigns any such Warrant Certificate, the Warrants evidenced by such Warrant Certificate shall be valid nevertheless.
