Executing Phase Clause Samples
The Executing Phase clause defines the period during which the main obligations and activities of a contract are carried out. This phase typically begins after all preliminary requirements, such as approvals or initial payments, have been met, and continues until the agreed deliverables are completed or milestones are achieved. For example, in a construction contract, the Executing Phase would cover the actual building work, including procurement of materials and on-site labor. The core function of this clause is to clearly delineate when active performance under the contract starts and ends, ensuring both parties understand their responsibilities and timelines during the most critical part of the agreement.
