Common use of Executed Documents Clause in Contracts

Executed Documents. (i) Agent and Lenders shall have received this Agreement and each of the Other Documents (other than the Notes), in form and substance satisfactory to Agent and Lenders, in each case duly authorized, executed and delivered by the Loan Parties and any other Person party thereto, and (ii) each Lender shall have received a Note, in form and substance satisfactory to such Lender, duly authorized, executed and delivered by Borrowers in favor of each Lender that has requested a Note at least two Business Days prior to the Closing Date;

Executed Documents. (i) Agent and Lenders Xxxxxxx shall have received this Agreement and each of the Other Documents (other than the Notes), in form and substance satisfactory to Agent and Lenders, in each case duly authorized, executed and delivered by the Loan Parties and any other Person party thereto, and (ii) each Lender shall have received a Note, in form and substance satisfactory to such Lender, duly authorized, executed and delivered by Borrowers in favor of each Lender that has requested a Note at least two Business Days prior to the Closing Date;
