EXECUTE ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION. Seller agrees, at its sole cost and expense, on demand by Purchaser, to do all things and to execute all such security agreements, control agreements, deeds of trust, mortgages, assignments, certificates of title, applications for vehicle titles, affidavits, reports, notices, schedules of Accounts and all other documents, in form satisfactory to Purchaser, as Purchaser, in its sole and absolute discretion, may deem necessary or useful in order to perfect and maintain Purchaser’s perfected first- priority security interest in the Collateral, and in order to fully consummate all of the transactions contemplated under this Agreement.
