EXECUTE ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION. Borrower agrees, at its expense, on demand by Coast, to execute all documents in form satisfactory to Coast, as Coast, in its sole discretion, may deem reasonably necessary or useful in order to perfect and maintain Coast's perfected first-priority or any other security interest in the Collateral, and in order to fully consummate all of the transactions contemplated under this Loan Agreement and under any Collateral Agreement.
