Exclusivity and Defence. The terms and conditions of the contract concluded between us and the licensee shall apply exclusively. Deviating, conflicting or supplementary and all other terms and conditions, even if known, shall not become part of the contract unless their applicability is expressly agreed in writing. In the event of any contradiction between these terms and conditions and other contracts concluded with us concerning the WAMAS standard software, these terms and conditions shall take precedence unless the contracts concluded in each case expressly exclude individual provisions of these terms and conditions or these terms and conditions expressly provide for a deviating provision.
