Exclusive Supply; Forecasts. Subject to Section 7.4(c), and unless otherwise specified in the applicable Commercialization Plan, GTC or its designated Third Party subcontractor shall be the exclusive manufacturer and supplier of commercial quantities of the Initial Product throughout the Territory. The Supply Agreement for the Initial Product shall set forth the forecasting requirements of the Parties for the Initial Product in the Territory.
