Exclusive Procedure for Resolving Disputes. This Section 19 (Dispute Resolution) sets forth the sole procedures for resolving any Dispute between the Parties, and neither Party may commence or maintain any suit or legal or equitable proceeding concerning a Dispute hereunder until the Dispute has been determined in accordance with the arbitration procedure provided for herein, and then only to enforce or facilitate the execution of the award rendered in such arbitration. The Parties agree to waive, to the maximum extent permitted by Legal Requirements, the right of appeal to a court of law.
