Common use of Exclusive Procedure for Dispute Resolution Clause in Contracts

Exclusive Procedure for Dispute Resolution. Any dispute arising ------------------------------------------ out of or relating to this Agreement, other than pursuant to Section 5.9, including claims for indemnification pursuant to Article 8, shall be resolved in accordance with the procedures specified in this Article 11, which shall be sole and exclusive procedures for the resolution of any such disputes.
