Exclusive Manager. The Practice agrees to engage MedCare on an exclusive basis, as manager of the Practice's programs for the diagnosis and treatment of the Conditions utilizing behavioral and biofeedback techniques. The Practice agrees further that it shall not enter into an agreement with any other organization or individual to provide services substantially similar to those provided by MedCare at any time during the term of this Agreement. Any exceptions or limitations to such exclusivity are listed on the attached Schedule 4.1.
