Exclusive invitations. The Company shall be entitled to 4 (four) double invitations to V&A exhibition opening parties during each 12 (twelve) month period during the Term. The Company shall be asked to provide the names of the guests to the V&A 6 (six) weeks prior to the event, or on such other date to be agreed between the Parties, for cross referencing against the V&A’s guest list. The Company is asked to ensure these invitations are only shared with appropriate guests known to the Company and shall not be allowed to offer these invitations to its database or in a public way. For the avoidance of doubt, this allocation of invitations must include all the Company’s staff, representatives and guests and the V&A reserves right to veto guests it deems inappropriate for such level of event, with justifiable reasoning given.
