Exclusion of common law termination rights. 5.1 The suspension and termination rights set out in Clause 2.1 of this Agreement and this Schedule 11 shall be the parties’ only rights to suspend or terminate this Agreement of part thereof whether pursuant to its terms or at law but shall be without prejudice to the parties rights under any provisions of this Agreement and to claim damages for breach of contract or other equivalent relief.
