Excluded Risks. Apart from the situations provided for in article 3 of the General Conditions, applicable mutatis mutandis to this cover, this cover shall not guarantee as well claims arising: a) directly or indirectly from an action of which the Insured/Insured Person is the author or an accomplice, as well as his/her attempted suicide.
