Excluded Persons. 35:01 No person excluded from the bargaining unit shall perform any work of the bargaining unit except for the following: 1 Nursing Supervisor, 1 Maintenance Supervisor, and 1 Activity Director. Non-bargaining unit employees may perform bargaining unit work in cases of emergencies for the purpose of providing instruction and training, in the development of new work practices or implementation of new programs and services or when regular employees are not available.
