Common use of Excluded from Arbitration Clause in Contracts

Excluded from Arbitration. The following matters are excluded from the arbitration provision, but not from the grievance procedure, of this Agreement: • Management prerogative as set forth in this Agreement, and as provided and interpreted under RSA 273; • School Board Policy. • Dismissal and non-renewal of a teacher which shall be accomplished solely under the appropriate RSAs.
