EXCHANGES/RETURNS POLICY. Returns in the exercise of the right to cancel your purchase General policy: If You wish to cancel the Contract within the period specified in Clause 7 above, You can make a return to us at stores in your country or by giving the products to the courier arranged by us. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us where You are not able to do so via one of the two options offered. Please note that if You return the goods to us at our expense, we will be entitled to charge You for the direct cost we might incur as a result. Home Collection: You should contact us through our web form to arrange for the product to be collected at your home address. You should send the product in the same package received by following the directions on the “RETURNS” section of our website. You may be charged return delivery cost according to the return policy described on the product detail page or Help page when using home return service. You shall complete handing over the product to the courier within the return period in Clause 7. If You fail to comply with the return period, we may reject the return and charge You for the storage and delivery cost for the product. Return in Store: You may return the product purchased through this website at a ZARA store located in the Republic of Korea. To do so, You must present in person in the store with the product. You shall complete returning the product in store within the return period in Clause 7. If you fail to comply with the return period, we may reject and charge You for the storage and delivery cost for the product. For Home products purchased through this website, ZARA HOME store located in the Republic of Korea will be also available for store return. However, note that Return in Store option may not be available for certain HOME product. Product exchange : We do not provide exchange service by home delivery. You shall return the product and place a new order, even in case you wish to purchase a same model with different size or colour. However, You may exchange the product purchased through this website for the same product of different size or colour at a ZARA store located in the Republic of Korea. To do so, You must present in person in the store with the product. Please note that exchange at store is not available for HOME products purchased through this website. Returns of defective products
