Although such restrictions could result in financial loss to you, you agree to hold Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx & Co., Inc., the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) and other organized exchanges, the OCC and FINRA harmless for any acts made in accordance with their constitutions, policies, customs, rules and regulations, and interpretations thereof.
