Exchange of Securities. Unless otherwise directed by Instruction, the Custodian shall: after prior notice of such action to the Fund: (a) exchange securities held for the account of the Fund for other securities in connection with any reorganization, recapitalization, conversion, split-up, change of par value of shares or similar event: and (b) deposit any such securities in accordance with the terms of any reorganization or protective plan.
