Exchange Message Clause Samples
The Exchange Message clause defines the procedures and requirements for parties to communicate formally within the context of the agreement. Typically, it specifies the acceptable methods of sending messages—such as email, electronic platforms, or other agreed channels—and may outline the necessary information each message must contain to be considered valid. This clause ensures that all parties have a clear, reliable process for exchanging important information, reducing the risk of miscommunication and providing a record of correspondence for reference or dispute resolution.
