Exchange Maximum Sample Clauses

Exchange Maximum. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the total number of Common Shares that may be issued upon conversion of this Note shall be limited to the number of Common Shares as set forth in Section 1(e) of the Securities Purchase Agreement (the “Maximum Securities”), unless stockholder approval is obtained to issue more than the Maximum Securities. The Maximum Securities shall be appropriately adjusted for any stock dividend, stock split, reverse stock split or similar transaction.
