Common use of Excessive Clause in Contracts

Excessive. Sick Leave shall be defined as follows: (1) For employees assigned to a ten-hour shift, the use of sick leave of 120 hours or more per year, and/or occurring in an established pattern such as the day before or after days off, holidays, scheduled annual leave or weekends. (2) For employees assigned to an eight-hour shift, the use ofsick leave of 96 hours or more per year, and/or occurring in an established pattern such as the day before or after days off, holidays, scheduled annual leave or weekends.
