Common use of Excessive Use Clause in Contracts

For the purpose of this Service-^ƉĞĐŝĨŝEĐxc essdiveĞUƌseŵ͕͟ ŵ͞ĞĂŶƐ LJŽƵƌ ƵƐĂŐĞ Silverline DDoS Protection Service in (a) excess of the Clean Bandwidth as measured by 95th Percentile Calculated Bandwidth; or (b) your configuration of Router Monitoring or Data Centers (e.g., GRE Tunnels) exceeds the quantities defined in the applicable Order.
