Excess Users Clause Samples

The Excess Users clause defines the rules and consequences when the number of users accessing a service or software exceeds the amount permitted under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines how excess usage is identified, the process for notifying the customer, and any additional fees or penalties that may apply for unauthorized users. Its core function is to ensure that the service provider is compensated for usage beyond the agreed limits and to prevent abuse or unintentional overuse of licensed resources.
