Common use of Excess Spread; Excess Finance Charge Collections Clause in Contracts

Excess Spread; Excess Finance Charge Collections. The Servicer shall apply, or shall cause the Trustee to apply, on each Distribution Date, Excess Spread and Excess Finance Charge Collections allocated to Series 2000-1 with respect to the related Monthly Period, to make the following distributions in the following order of priority:

The Servicer shall apply, or shall cause the Trustee to apply, on each Distribution Date, Excess Spread and (except as otherwise provided in this Section 4.7), to the extent Excess Spread is insufficient, Excess Finance Charge Collections allocated to Series 20001996-1 C with respect to the related Monthly Period, to make the following distributions in the following order of priority:

The Servicer shall apply, or shall cause the Trustee to apply, on each Distribution Date, Excess Spread and (except as otherwise provided in this Section 4.7), to the extent Excess Spread is insufficient, Excess Finance Charge Collections allocated to Series 20001996-1 A with respect to the related Monthly Period, to make the following distributions in the following order of priority:
