Excess Enrollment Sample Clauses
The Excess Enrollment clause defines how situations are handled when the number of participants or users exceeds the agreed-upon limit in a contract or service agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the procedures for accommodating additional enrollees, such as requiring advance notice, charging extra fees, or adjusting service levels to account for the increased demand. Its core practical function is to ensure that both parties are prepared for and fairly compensated in the event of higher-than-expected enrollment, thereby preventing disputes and maintaining service quality.
