Only the Executive Director of UHDS or their designee are authorized to modify the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of this Contract and any modifications must be done in writing to be valid. Resident Assistants (RAs), and Professional Residential Education staff are not authorized to modify these TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
