Common use of Exception Request Clause in Contracts

Exception Request. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Executive may request a waiver or a specific exception to the non-competition provisions of this Agreement by written request to the Vice President of Human Resources or Vice President, General Counsel (or the equivalent) of SHO. Such a request will be given reasonable consideration and may be granted, in whole or in part, or denied by SHO in its absolute discretion.
