Common use of Exception Report Clause in Contracts

Exception Report. ‌ If a Defaulting Party fails to complete any action required of it or to deliver the improvement required by a Remedial Action Plan within the timescales set out in the Remedial Action Plan for the relevant action or improvement then the Non-Defaulting Party may issue an Exception Report to the a Defaulting Party in respect of any such failure following the expiry of such period. This means there may be multiple Exception Reports in respect of the same Remedial Action Plan served at different points.
