Except as directed by Purchasing Entity Sample Clauses
The "Except as directed by Purchasing Entity" clause establishes that certain actions or obligations are subject to the specific instructions of the purchasing entity. In practice, this means that a supplier or contractor must follow the purchasing entity's directions and may not proceed independently in areas covered by this clause. For example, a vendor might only deliver goods, make changes, or perform services when explicitly instructed to do so by the purchasing entity. This clause ensures that control remains with the purchasing entity, preventing unauthorized actions and maintaining oversight over the contract's execution.
