Common use of Examination Clause in Contracts

Examination. You are responsible for examining each statement and reporting any irregularities to us. We will not be responsible for any forged, altered, or unauthorized item drawn on your account if: (1) you fail to notify us within thirty (30) days of the mailing date of the earliest statement and availability of checks containing any forgery, alteration, or unauthorized signature on the item; or

We will not be responsible for any forged, altered, altered or unauthorized item checks or items drawn on your account if: (1) you fail to notify us within thirty forty (3040) days of the mailing or electronic delivery date of the earliest first statement and availability of checks containing received regarding any forgery, alteration, alteration or unauthorized signature on any check or item described in the itemstatement; oror (2) any checks or items are forged or altered in a manner not detectable by a reasonable person, including the unauthorized use of a facsimile signature.

We will not be responsible for any forged, altered, unauthorized or unauthorized item unsigned items drawn on your account if: (1) you fail to notify us within thirty thirty-three (3033) days of the mailing date of the earliest statement and availability of checks containing regarding any forgery, alteration, alteration or unauthorized signature on any item described in the itemstatement; oror (2) any items are forged or altered in a manner not detectable by a reasonable person, including the unauthorized use of electronic signatures.

We will not be responsible for any forged, altered, or unauthorized item drawn on your account if: if (1) you fail to notify us within thirty sixty (3060) days of the mailing date of the earliest statement and availability of checks containing any forgery, alteration, or unauthorized signature on the item; oror (2) any items forged or altered in a manner not detectable by a reasonable person including the unauthorized use of a facsimile signature machine.
